Login
    It all starts with your player name, first initial+lastname, i.e.) jcourtney.  
    Login  
    Click the Log In button to continue. Use the Forgot Password to recover lost passwords via email.  
       
Player Form
  
    The initial screen is the Player Form with all your information  
     
    If you change this information, you must click the Update button to save your changes. You can press the Cancel button if you want to undo changes made prior to pressing the Update button.  
       
Schedule and Edit Rounds Form
  
    This is the big one! From here you can View all Rounds (1), Edit your team's and opposing team's Rounds (2),and View Player Handicaps for the Round (3)  
    ScheduleEditor  
    Gollum Administrators will maintain the schedule, so you won't have to enter anything here.  
       
View Rounds (Schedule and Edit Rounds Form)
    You may view any rounds by clicking the View  
    ScheduleEditorView  
    A report similar to our previous format will be displayed:

    You may Export the report by selecting a format or you may click the Printer Icon to print it.  
       
Enter/Edit Rounds (Schedule and Edit Rounds Form)
    You may Enter or Edit Rounds for your team or opponents from the Rounds Link on the Schedule.

    The Round Editor Form will appear:  
     
    If you change this information, you must click the Update button to save your changes. You can press the Cancel button if you want to undo changes made prior to pressing the Update button. ** Note the Update button will only update the corresponding player's row! There are 4 update buttons! If you want to see the Handicap Differential calculation, go to the My Rounds Form.  
       
Leaderboard
    The Leaderboard shows the team point standings for the current active Segment, i.e.) 1/2 of the year.(1) The administrator controls what segment is active. The report is ordered by total points/Rank (2). Be sure to view the bottom of the report too.  
     
    The bottom of the Leadboard report shows the top 5 rounds of Low Gross and Low Net for the YEAR  
     
       
MyRounds Form
    The MyRounds Form shows all of your rounds in the database. History was imported for each player from the previous Excel sheets. Click the Round ID to view the Handicap Differential calcuation.  
     
       
MyHandicap Form
    This form (a.k.a. Boyer/Kalizak Form) shows your most recent handicap calculation. An Administrator will have the computer calculate the latest handicap for each Week prior to play. This screen lets you check the computer's calculation. It is the USGA handicap calculation method utilizing Equitable Stroke Control. You may print the calculation if you wish. You can see the Handicap Differential calculation from the MyRounds Form.
